About me:
~*~ Storage Systems Engineer ~*~
Who needs LinkedIn when u got ur own chunk of the internets with dancing hamsters?!
Hi! I'm Nicholas. These days I play with hard drives and back up folks' data for a living.
For clarity: it is a backup service. It is NOT a restore service. (restores available on request, subject to mood, moon phase and how nicely you ask)
I studied Computer Science at Coventry University and once co-founded Computer Visions, a proper company* with a proper website. *two students and a logo
My home page is nicholasmartin.co.uk. Go and see the hamsters. They worked very hard on their routine.
Who I'd like to meet:
People with backups. People without backups (before it's too late). Anyone who knows what RAID stands for without googling it.
